In order to make them see nature's essential, by engaging through the publication's interactive tools and educate them through the four-series books about nature weather forecasting.

The visual 'taste' of food are as important as the ingredients in a dish. Tasting is not done by just the tongue, but it is far more complex than the flavors alone. Our mouths and our brains have made judgements about the food even before we put it in our mouths. The eyes send signals to the brain and tell us what flavors we will receive, creating expectations for our tastebuds which will affect our overall experience of the dish. The look, color, shape triggers taste in relation to our memory, for example the color yellow reminds us of lemon, making us expect a sourly taste.

But I would rather say, tattoo is an art on body so our space on skin is as well important. Tattoo needs to be harmony with specific body part and space. It would come from the body and works with that part rather than looking like something stuck on the skin like a sticker. I see skin as 4D space and that is an interesting point because design can distort and change when skin move. Designs need to be harmony with skin. So figure and ground is as well important for combining ink and space on skin to create balance positive and negative space.

“Ease your flight fears” is an inflight entertainment application on an airliner that houses a series of informing videos which act as antidotes for the specific aviation fear. To effectively ease achieve this, the videos have been designed under many researched factors that contribute to calming a person; which include colors, graphic styles, movements, and sound.

This project is showing various strange animals which were designed to be the functional animals in term of their appearances, abilities , relationship and so on. Because I prefer to let the reader create their own story rather than being the one who constrain everything, so my part is only suggest them about where those animals live, what them can do and let them explore my world instead of tell the story line to them.

My work is not to force people to see my world, but to show them how imagination can be fun and invite them to join with me, creating their own imaginary world.

Upon the return from the temporary life in Seoul to the empty existence in Bangkok, the photographer reminisces over the distant memories instilled within the collected ‘instant realities’ of the photographs. Through them, the images of windows are seen to reappear continuously within the image frame. 

As personal experiences and memories generate new context for physical objects, it struck that the reoccurring images of the windows personally reflects the photographer’s inner penchant for escapism. Existing both in the mundane reality and the distant past, the concept of the window bridges the two parallel worlds together. Through this immaterial meaning, the project allows the audience into the solitary perspective of the photographer, hopefully enabling them to feel and see her escaping tendencies.

The Bronies are a group of people who enjoy the show, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Except most of these people are not 8 year old girls, they are middle age men. Some would say that these people are, crazy, creepy, gay, and certainly, not normal. The Brony is a group that is mostly consist of straight males, even if there are females mix in as well, they are not ridiculed or looked down as much as the men do.

I want to show to people that these Bronies, are not that much different to you. They are normal people, friends, sisters, brothers. The story is about Toby and his older brother Dan. Toby have been using the pony to inspire him to draw, but Dan is concern that he will be the point of bully in their daily life.

The package contains 1. a set of 10 posters that addresses issues about gender diversity including versatility between boys and girls,sexual orientation, gender expressions and 2. Gender expression paper doll. The package itself also contains information on gender which is easy to understand.

More than 50% of donors donate blood just once a year; the maximum of donating is 4 times a year. Only 7% donate blood 4 times per year. I did some research and survey and found out that people who donate once a year come because it was a special day for them. Other reasons are either they forget it’s already been 3 months or they don’t have time and come when they are free. These people are already donors and they wish to do good thing. The aim of this project is to find a way to bring them to donate just one more time in a year. If that happens, the number of whole will be doubled. 

What my project does is let the blood recipients be the one to send the message of how vital it is to donate blood. From designed blood templates which instantly remind people of blood, something uneasy to look at; are turned into creative and beautiful thankful gifts by the hands of those who exist because someone donated blood. This project does not only work on giving emotional souvenir to the blood donors to tell them how great and important they are, but also remind them to come back the next 3 months.

Within the seemingly chaotic and unpredictable wonders of nature, there are underlying similarities that runs from the smallest of microscopic cells to the largest of galaxies. This project is an attempt to grasp and make sense of this “chaotic” world in order to come closer to realising the way of nature and in turn allow me to better understand myself. It is an integration between the spiritually healing process of meditative mandala and the mathematical solution to understanding the irregularities in nature of fractal geometry. The process of slowly hand cutting each pieces by hand allows me to realise and appreciate not only its whole form, but also its' smallest minute details. The patterns; algorithmically generated using fractal geometry, are not of anything in particular. Instead, it intends to embody nature as a whole and will hopefully reflect different forms and meanings to different people.

Thai is a tonal language. Say the exact same words in the wrong tone and you might be saying far when you mean near, dad when you mean enough, or even dog faeces when you’re trying to tell a friend you like horse riding. The tonal qualities of Thai language may be indistinguishable to the foreign ear, causing confusion and possible misinterpretations. ‘Sontana’, meaning to converse in Thai, aims to facilitate learners with the pronunciation of tones. The graphic elements used are generated from the visualisation of sound, working towards an almost-intuitive response. This current issue focuses on an experience that is unique to the vibrant Thai culture: ordering noodles.
