Being alone is often perceived negatively, associated with loneliness or unsociability. In fact, both solitude and social wandering enhance mental well-being by offering autonomy, relaxation, and novelty. They foster self-discovery, refreshment, and fulfilment. 

"Good Day To Wander" is a toolkit designed to promote overall mental well-being through solo wandering in Bangkok. It serves as a personal solo wandering curator for Bangkokian young adults by offering various journeys curated to four mental states: Just Want To Go Out, Brain Fog, Stressed out, and Burnout. Each journey guides users to explore places and activities suited to their current mental state including finding inspiration, feeling refreshed, experiencing relief, and rejuvenation.
