Journey to the West in Lost City

Journey to the West is the classic Chinese literature which has published in the 16th century during the Ming dynasty. It holds many valuable lessons about perseverance, teamwork, and leadership, yet those perspectives  have not been delivered well to the vast majority especially for the adolescent because of the complexity and scales of the novel. This project aims to explore “How important the role of teamwork is to achieve goals”, and “What elements  good leaders need to consider to achieve common goals in the team environment” through a role play game referenced and narrated from the story of Journey to the west.
