Pause & Play: A Casual Introduction to Uncertainty

‘Pause & Play: A Casual Introduction to Uncertainty’ was created to be a friend in your time of need when you feel anxious because of uncertainty and aim to be your long term companion to help you learn to embrace uncertainty. It offers a grounding experience through five mini plays containing different methods using uncertainty as a tool within the play to engage with the participants' creativity. Each play was built from a principle that helps participants to understand and embrace uncertainty step by step. This challenges them to play around whilst helping them build strong mindfulness through grounding methods to help them slowly embrace uncertainty both in the play and in real life.
